Section 2.8 Request for Tender: Employment Services states that:
A resume is required to be completed within the first three months. Before the end of the fourth month of services… the provider will conduct a skills assessment

	The Work Lab would like to introduce a new product designed specifically for Employment Service Providers and the new Job Services Australia contract. Through an easy to use web interface a seamless resume and skills assessment can be built, providing critical inputs to a candidate’s employment pathway plan. Job vacancy management is also a feature providing a dynamic client - vacancy match.

The product is served by 72 National Training Packages, 3,000 qualifications and 32,000 units of competency. Maximise the pathways available – Served by a directory of over 3,000 Registered Training Organisations searchable by postcode and via Google map Identify several career choices that are a good fit for your client, and break down these careers into achievable goals. All national competencies are mapped to over 2,000 occupations flagged by skill shortage status and PPP pathways Improve job potential by fast tracking a qualification – Gap training and Recognition of Prior Learning action plans Extensive occupation outlook report so that you can better manage client outcomes Create competency based resumes The product package includes continuous updates of data and directories, website hosting, help desk support and online training.
