The Work Lab

The Work Lab specialises in skills and training research, in particular competency based skills development research.

The Work Lab’s expertise lies in the translation and re-engineering of the National vocational education system to meet enterprise needs. Our long list of projects and experiences are particularly strong in labour market and workforce development initiatives. 

The Work Lab has developed a reputation as a pioneer of industry development activity. We have close links with the national training sector, government agencies involved in industry development and education policy, and a large number of private enterprises.
